Photo: Baltimore and Ohio Railroad — Photo of the ceremonies in Lincoln, Nebraska, as the Pioneer Zephyr began regular service between Lincoln and Kansas City. A team of oxen and various horse-drawn conveyances representing older forms of transportation met the train before it set off for Kansas City.
